Hello,

Welcome to ABLE Internet Payroll User Forum!!!

The ABLE Internet Payroll User Forum has been set up to enable its users to discuss the usage of the ABLE Internet Payroll, share their views and help each other. Please read the forum rules, before registering or making use of the Forum.

These Rules apply to and govern your use of our Able Internet Payroll Limited ("AIPL") Forum and its services (the "Forum"). Please do read through and understand our Rules carefully. References to 'you', 'your' and 'yours' are references to the person(s) accessing the Forum. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are references to Able Internet Payroll Limited (AIPL), the owner of the Forum. By using our Forum, you indicate your agreement to be bound by our Rules. If you do not agree with our Rules as set out below, please do not use our Forum.

AIPL may decide from time to time to waive any of the Rules governing the Forum. If we do so, we will not be deemed to have waived those Rules on any other occasion.

Forum Rules:

1. Membership to the Forum is open to all users of the AIPL website, within the UK and Northern Ireland. This service is offered free of charge.

2. To post your query or reply to others, you must first register. By posting new messages or replies, you are agreeing to the Rules of this Forum.

3. You are responsible for the content of any messages you write on the Forum. In all cases, you accept that AIPL and the forum moderators cannot be held responsible for anything you post or read on the Forum. You should remember that any advice you receive from other Forum users may sometimes be misguided, invalid, inaccurate or inappropriate. Relying on any advice or information read on the Forum is entirely at your own risk.

4.Obscene language or comments which are lewd, abusive, insensitive, offensive or derogatory are prohibited (as determined by the forum moderators at their sole discretion). Please remember that different members have different sensitivities and beliefs. If you post a message which is considered by the forum moderators to perhaps cause offense, insult another user or damage any person or company, it will be removed and if you persist, you will be barred. Whilst such material will be removed normally, the Forum moderators do not accept responsibility for any such material posted if it remains and you agree not to hold AIPL or the forum moderators liable for any such material you see in the Forum.

5. You must at all times respect the rights of other users and AIPL to protect their own interests; personal, financial or commercial. As such, you must not use the Forum to make libelous, untrue or deliberately embarrassing claims about another person or company. Any such postings will be removed without notice.

6. No soliciting or advertising is permitted by Forum users, including adverts appended to messages, Forum messages or emails sent to Forum users directly. No promotion of any other products, services, companies, web sites, mailing lists or supplier/retailers is permitted without the Forum owner's specific permission.

7. Do not bring back old threads that have been dead for too long. A respectable time limit is anything within three months. If it is imperative that you post in a thread older than that then do so but explain why as you do so. We are understanding and if you have a good reason for doing so then we will see your intentions.

8. Do unto others, as you would have them do to you. Do not post against somebody in a rude or nasty manner. Do not criticize other members for their thoughts or opinions. We all have a different perspective on life and general topics so respect others and they will respect you. If you have a problem with another user, do not post it here in the Forum. If you do you will be warned and if you do it again you will be immediately banned from using the Forum

9. Do not post topics in incorrect areas of the Forum. Stay relevant and on topic. Please always use the most appropriate section of the Forum and do not post messages which are clearly unrelated to the Forum titles.

10. The Forums may under no circumstances be used for campaigning, soliciting, petitioning, forming pressure groups, collecting volunteers, promoting membership of any collective or organization (including but not limited to political/religious groups) or otherwise be used to increase the voice of an individual to the voice of a group for political, commercial, financial or other gain without the Forum owner's permission.

11. Under no circumstances may you use other users email addresses, names or other details for unsolicited email, spam, adding to mailing lists or subscriptions to services without their express permission. Where other users post personal/technical information, you may not use this information for any statistical or commercial purpose.

12. If the rules are broken, you may receive a friendly reminder, a warning or in cases of severe breaches to the detriment of other users, the Forum moderators may remove you from the Forum, temporarily or permanently. Such operation of the rules is entirely at the discretion of AIPL and the Forum moderators. Your membership may be suspended at any time without notice or explanation and if you are banned, you may not rejoin under the same or any other name without specific permission. These Rules may be modified at any time without notice; the latest issue of rules will be shown on this page.

13. By using this Forum you agree to be bound the Forum Rules. If you do not agree to them and accept them, then you must not use or join the Forum. Please read all of the Rules thoroughly before registering.

Happy Posting  !!
